Margaret Shanks, Director is a deacon in the Diocese of Lexington. Prior to this position, Margaret worked as a branch manager in the Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection. In addition to serving at St. Agnes House, Margaret also serves as deacon to the Parish of St. Michael's in Lexington.

Cindy James, Resident Assistant Manager, is a student at Lexington Theological Seminary pursuing her Masters of Divinity degree. Her background is in substance abuse counseling and education. A native of Kentucky, Cindy has lived in Spain and is fluent in Spanish. Cindy is available to assist guests in the evenings and on weekends. She lives in Sister Esther House and can be reached in emergency at 859-229-5353.
